What type of disclosures does my insurance agency need on its website?

Every insurance agent needs to have formally written disclaimers displayed on their website. It does not matter where it is located on your website but it needs to say that you will not be held liable or be taking responsibility for certain actions.

It is suggested that every insurance agent includes in their disclaimer that all policies will be presented by a licensed insurance agent. All policies are subject to their own terms and conditions and will be outlined when you receive your policy.
